At Fraxylonchik, we desire you to be entirely satisfied with your indoor plant acquisition. We accommodate returns within 7 days of delivery if the plant arrives impaired, unhealthy, or substantially different from what was requested.
If your plant arrives impaired or appears unhealthy, please reach us promptly at info@fraxylonchik.world or +14167893261. We will organize a replacement or complete refund. Please supply photographs of the damaged plant to assist us in processing your request expeditiously.
To commence a return:
If the return results from our mistake (damaged product, incorrect item, etc.), we will bear all return shipping expenses. For alternative returns, customers are accountable for return shipping charges.
Once we obtain and examine the returned plant, we will handle your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be dispensed to the original payment method utilized for purchase. All refunds are processed in CAD (Canadian dollars).
Due to the living character of plants, we cannot accommodate returns for plants that have deteriorated in health due to inadequate care following delivery, or for plants that have been removed from their original packaging for more than 7 days.
We presently do not provide direct exchanges. If you desire to exchange a plant, please return the original acquisition and submit a new order for your preferred plant.
